Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Melissa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Melissa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Melissa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Melissa and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Vezera alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
