Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
