Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
