Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

He likes to wear yellow tank tops with grey pants. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has brown eyes and a yellow hat with a grey feather.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: This southern woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a violet vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars. His hair is short and blonde. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Galinndan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
