History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Cory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Cory and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gifted from a young age, Mormog studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
