Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Adventurer mother left her crippled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against illithids
