History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anne embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. After coming to the age of reason, Anne took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
