Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Chem enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Chem was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Chem's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Chem and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
