Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a tan coat. She carries a battered hand crossbow and tarnished halberd as well. She keeps her brown hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Abalaba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Gifted from a young age, Varis studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has wavy silver hair. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Alice is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
