History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker father left her crippled. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
