History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Uthemar was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in the east. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her dark red hair is still thick. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Vepar lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
