History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
