Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: Shamil lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears dull red sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. He has moderate length white hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
