History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now owns her own business.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. She tends to her Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
