History: Tippletoe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sage. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born in a small island village. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cumpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
