Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Sailor born in the past three hundred years. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the east to a Merchant, Dell learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has worked as a Merchant like her mother before her.
