Personality: She is happy with her job as a Fortune-teller. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Tippletoe was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Fortune-teller. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
