History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Barber job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nija never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
