History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shaena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Nagrette has worked very hard to control her curse. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nagrette never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Matilda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She now owns her own business.
