History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Raer took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Laborer. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bowyer; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
