History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He became a Sailor soon after.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nogu grew up listening to her father's many stories. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.
