When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Ootah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ootah was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ootah decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
