Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
