Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'6". He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his sword, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sword. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miner born in the past three hundred years. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Erky was born the youngest of three triplets. When Erky reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rivaan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Rivaan was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Veloptima is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
