History: Skirt was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.
