Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bather born in the past three hundred years. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Bather. He now owns his own business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Manfred reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
