Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: River was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Barendd hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Through the years after Barendd was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Barendd's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
