Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for him, and Oppleby does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Oppleby was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Rosalind alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Altho was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Altho's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is short and silver. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
