History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Reynard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Reynard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Hunter for the past few years.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and doesn't want to be a weaver and was forced into it by his family

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is a Hunter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Banker father left him crippled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a hunter and was forced into it by his family
