History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Sethrekar was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Servant. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Servant responsibilities is difficult; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
