History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Fabien was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Moon hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and many gnolls want her driven away

Description: This dark-skinned male usually wears his brown robe and has his sword always slung over his shoulder. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Godfrey enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Godfrey lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bellfounder, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears bulky black painted plate armor. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She keeps her red crest in a pixie cut. Her gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
