Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
