She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born in the east to a Fletcher, Cecily learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift.
