History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Volen was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Volen's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a violet collared shirt and tan skirt. She accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her chestnut hair is wavy and long. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ermina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ermina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
