Description: A man of a pale complexion, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Fulbar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fulbar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fulbar. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

After months of barely getting by, Windy managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
