Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gifted from a young age, Quarion studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
