Description: He stands about 6'1" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has red crest. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Ghesh was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ghesh decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.
History: Orryn was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Assassin work with an outfit from a few towns over. Assassin work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Assassin.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull tan iron scale mail. He keeps his dark red hair in a flapper bob. His red eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Sammal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
