History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. After months of barely getting by, Oblar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he seems to be bored by most things
