Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and to unite with his brother
