History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She usually wears her yellow robe and has her shield always slung over her shoulder. She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Vadania was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by her family; and wants to work out more often
