History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
