Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Halflings. Her skin is dark but she possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has slicked back blonde hair. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gennal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rinn grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her first spouse was a Roofer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
