Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He takes great joy in being the best Cartwright in town.

History: He was born into a rich family. After coming to the age of reason, Paggen took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
