Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she tends to wear a large black jacket. Her long blue hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Naill lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Baradad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her white eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rieta was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to be a shoemaker again
