Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears long strands of opal and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are silver and catlike.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Nija was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Borun was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Borun took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair is black and curly. His silver eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a simple brown robe with red stripes complete with hood. He has black fur. His yellow eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
