Outside of the suit he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has wavy golden hair. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
