History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Nagrette is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
