History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Agatha was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Agatha fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Gnome Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and revenge
