History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
