Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
